| 摘 要： | 目的：对天然胶乳橡胶避孕套进行安全性评价。方法：参考GB／T16886．0—2005《医疗器械生物学评价》，结合实际临床用途，进行迟发型超敏反应试验。结果：该产品对豚鼠皮肤无致敏反应。结论：本试验研究方法切实可行，可适用于避孕套类产品的安全性评价。

| Abstract: | Objective： To safety evaluation of the natural latex rubber condom. Method ： The GB/T 16886.0-2005 ＂The biology evaluation of the medical treatment apparatuses＂ was referred, delayed-type hypersensitivity was studied. Result： The product has non- allergic skin reaction in guinea pigs. Conclusion： The method is feasible,it is suit for a condom safety evaluation of products. |
