武汉地区2008—2010年注射用胰岛素应用分析

目的：了解武汉地区医院注射用胰岛素的使用情况与特点。方法：利用上海食品药品监督管理局科技情报所长江流域医院用药信息库提供的数据，对武汉地区24家医院2008～2010年注射用胰岛素的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、与日均费用（DDC）等进行回顾性统计和分析。结果：武汉地区注射用胰岛素销售金额与DDDs呈逐年增长趋势，DDC较为稳定。天津诺和生产的注射用胰岛素品种3年销售金额之和占66．90％。结论：武汉地区注射用胰岛素用药结构较稳定，使用基本合理。目前注射用预混胰岛素及类似物制剂在糖尿病个体化治疗中占主导地位，诺和灵30R笔芯（预混）在临康使用最普遍．

Analysis of the utilization of insulin for injection in hospitals of Wuhan during 2008-2010

Objective： To investigate the utilization and characteristic of insulin for injection in hospitals of Wuhan. Method： The utilization data of insulin for injection in 24 hospitals of Wuhan during 2008-2010 were analyzed statistically in terms of category, con- sumption sum, DDDs, and DDC. Result： The consumption sum and DDDs of insulin for injection had been increasing year by year, and the DDC leveled off. The consumption sum proportion of Insulin for injection manufactured by Novo Nordisk （Tianjin） was 66. 90% during 2008-2010. Conclusion： The utilization of insulin for injection in Wuhan is stable and reasonable. Premixed insulin played an important role in individualized diabetes treatment, and Novolin 30R was the most commonly used dosage form in hospital.
