| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨钾盐负荷实验对鉴别心电图非特异性ST－T异常的应用价值。方法：选择10例心电图Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF和（或）V5导联ST－T改变的青年人，给予口服10％氯化钾20ml，1小时后观察心电图变化。结果：服氯化钾后各导联T波均明显升高，以Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF导联T波明显。结论：钾盐负荷实验可使非特异性ST－T异常正常化，可避免不必要的有创检查。

| Abstract: | Objective: To assess the clinical significance of potassium-loading test in the differentiation of nonspecific electrocardio-
graphic ST-T abnormalities. Methods: Ten youths with ST-T and/or V5 wave abnormalities took orally 10% potassium
chloride 20 ml,and their electrocardiograms were examined and analyzed 1 hour later. Results:After taking orally potassium
salts, their T waves elevated in all leads, especially in Ⅱ, Ⅲ and aVF leads. Conclusion: The potassium-loading test may
make the nonspecific electrocardiographic ST-T abnormality regular so as to avoid non-necessary invasive examinations. |
