2002-2004 年天津市流行的麻疹病毒株的基因型分析

目的：探讨2002-2004年天津市流行的麻疹病毒株基因型别。方法：采用B95a细胞培养法分离麻疹病毒（MV），用逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）方法扩增分离出的MVN基因C端片段，并进行序列分析确定我市流行的MV型别，构建种系发育树，进行遗传距离、基因变异分析。结果：天津市2002-2004年分离到的16株MV经RT—PCR和序列分析后显示均为H1基因型，亚型分析1株为H1b亚型，15株为H1a亚型。结论：我市分离出的MV均为H1型，其中又以H1a占绝对优势，提示H1a型为我市的优势流行株。

Analysis on Genetic Type of Measles Viruses in Tianjin Area from 2002 to 2004

Objective: To study the genotype of the measles viruses circulated in Tianjin from 2002 to 2004. Methods: Measles viruses were isolated by B95a cell line and identified through RT-PCR. The C-terminal region of the N-gene was amplified and sequenced. Phylogenetic analysis and the diversity analysis were performed. Results: Sixteen strains of measles viruses were isolated and they were all H1 genotype by sequence analysis including 1 H1b and 15 H1a. Conclusion: All measles viruses isolated in Tianjin from 2002 to 2004 included H1 genotype and H1a is the mainly predominant subgenotype. It suggests that the H1a genotype is the predominate virus in Tianjin.
