Livin在胃癌中的表达及与Caspase 3的关系

目的:研究凋亡抑制基因Livin在胃癌发生发展中的作用,并探讨其与Caspase3的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测Livin和Caspase3在60例胃癌、10例良性病变和10例正常胃组织中的表达情况,并分析它们之间的相关性。结果:Livin蛋白在正常胃组织、胃良性病变及胃癌组织中阳性率分别为0,20%,66.7%,Caspase3蛋白在上述组织中的阳性表达率分别为70%,50%,18.3%,差异均有统计学意义。而且Caspase3与Livin蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达呈负相关。Livin蛋白的表达与性别、年龄、病理类型以及淋巴结转移无关,与肿瘤浸润的深度显著相关。结论:Livin在胃癌组织中表达上调,也许可以作为判断胃癌预后新的分子标志物。

Study on Expression of Livin and its Relationship with Caspase 3 in Gastric Carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the expression of Livin in gastric carcinoma and to determine its relationship with Caspase 3.Methods:To detect expressions of Livin protein and Caspase 3 protein in gastric carcinoma(n = 60),benign dis-ease(n = 10) and normal tissues(n = 10) by immunohistochemistry(SP method).Results:The positive rates of Livin protein ex-pression were 0,20% and 66.7% in the gastric carcinoma,benign disease and normal tissues respectively(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).The positive rates of Caspase 3 protein were 70%,50%,18.3% in the three groups respectively(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).There was a correlation between expression of Livin and the infiltrative depth of gastric carcinoma tissues(P < 0.05),but there were no correlation to gender,age,pathological types and lymphoid node metabasis(P > 0.05).The expression of Caspase 3 was negatively correlated with the expression of Livin(P < 0.01).Conclusion:High incidence of positive expression of Livin in gastric carcinoma may provide valuable diagnostic and prognostic marker.
