卡波姆对炉甘石洗剂稳定性的影响

摘    要:目的筛选各种助悬剂,以提高炉甘石洗剂的稳定性。方法采用沉降体积比法、絮凝度法、重新振摇分散法、黏度法比较各种助悬剂的助悬效果。结果F值和B值的大小顺序为海藻酸钠〉卡波姆〉羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC—Na)〉CMC—Na+枸橼酸钠。沉降后,重新摇散次数为卡波姆〈CMC—Na+枸橼酸钠〈CMC—Na〈海藻酸钠。对炉甘石洗剂稳定性的综合评估中,卡渡姆对炉甘石洗剂稳定性的综合影响优于其他助悬剂。结论0.003%(g/g)卡波姆作为助悬剂,可以提高炉甘石洗荆的稳定性。

Abstract:Objective To screen the suspending agents for improving the stability of Calamine Lotion. Methods The suspending effects of vat ious suspending agents were evaluated by the methods of sedimentation rate determination, flocculation value, viscosity and re- scatters. Results The order for F value and β value was as follows: sodium alginate 〉 carbomer 〉 CMC- Na 〉 CMC- Na + sodium citrate. The times of shake for rescatters after sedimentation were as follows: carbomer 〈 CMC- Na + sodium citrate 〈 CMC- Na 〈 sodium alginate. The suspending effect of carbomer on the stability of Calamine Lotion was best among the tested suspending ones based on the integrative evaluation. Conclusion Using 0. 003% (g/g) carbomer as the suspending agents can increase the stability of Calamine Lotion.
