我院抗肿瘤药物的应用现状和发展趋势分析

目的分析医院抗肿瘤药物应用的现状和发展趋势。方法利用金额排序、用药频度（DDDs）和日均费用（DDDc）排序法，对2004年至2006年医院抗肿瘤药物的应用情况进行统计和分析。结果3年中，抗肿瘤药物销售金额、DDDs均逐年增加，抗生素类、植物来源类和辅助治疗药排序居前。结论该院在抗肿瘤治疗中较多使用疗效确切、不良反应小、价格便宜的国产抗肿瘤药物，在合理用药和保证疗效的前提下降低了治疗费用。

Analysis of Current Application Situation and Developmental Trend of Antitumor Drugs in Our Hospital

Objective To evaluate the current application situation and developmental trend of antitumor drugs in our hospital. Methods The antitumor drugs used in our hospital from 2004 to 2006 were statistically analyzed in respect of the consumption sum, DDDs and order of DDC. Results In the 3 years, both the consumption sum and DDDs of antitumor drugs increased year by year. The type of antibiotics, plant source and assistance treatment drugs were the top ranking. Conclusion In the antitumor treatment, the domestic drugs with satisfactory therapeutic effect, slight adverse reactions and inexpensive cost were more frequently used in our hospital. In the premise of ensuring curative efficacy and rational use of drugs, the therapeutic expenses were decreased.
