新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间医院门诊药房防控管理实践

目的加强医院门诊药房应对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情的防控管理措施。方法根据医院相关规定和要求,在保障患者和药师安全的基础上,结合门诊药房疫情防控实践,梳理具体处置措施。结果在疫情防控期间,医院门诊药房通过成立督导小组,向员工普及COVID-19相关知识,窗口运行精细化管理,开展互联网+药品配送服务等措施,至今已服务20万余人次,无员工感染及疑似感染新型冠状病毒。结论医院门诊药房在COVID-19疫情期间的防控管理措施,可提升患者和员工疫情期间的安全,保障门诊药房的正常运转。

Prevention and Control Management of Outpatient Pharmacy in Our Hospital During the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Epidemic

Objective To improve the prevention and control measures for the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic in our hospital outpatient pharmacy.Methods According to the relevant regulations and requirements of our hospital,on the basis of ensuring the safety of patients and pharmacists,combined with the actual situation of prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic in the outpatient pharmacy,the outpatient pharmacy's disposal measures during the outbreak of epidemic were combed.Results During the COVID-19 epidemic,the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital established a supervision team to popularize the relevant knowledge of COVID-19 to employees,refined window operation management,and carried out network-based drug delivery services and other measures.Since the outbreak of COVID-19,more than 200000 people have been served and no employees were infected or suspected infection with the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).Conclusion The prevention and control management for the COVID-19 epidemic in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital can play an active and effective role in improving the safety of patients and employees and ensuring the normal operation of outpatient pharmacy during the epidemic period.
