自身酶解水提取黄芩中黄芩素及汉黄芩素的方法

摘    要:目的建立黄芩中黄芩素及汉黄芩素的绿色环保提取方法。方法在适宜温度下,采用自身酶解法,以水为提取溶剂,借助于苷元类、黄芩药材碎块和黄芩苷的粒度和溶解度之差,分离得到黄芩苷元总提物。结果总提物中黄芩总苷元含量在70%以上,其中黄芩素含量为63%以上,汉黄芩素含量为7%以上。结论所用方法简便、快捷、成本低,是一条绿色的无污染环保提取工艺。

Abstract:Objective To establish the extraction method with the green environment protection for extracting baicalein and wogonin from scutellariae radix. Methods Under appropriate temperature, the self enzymatic hydrolysis method was adopted with water as the extraction solvent to separate for obtaining the total extract of baicalein by the aid of difference of the granularity and solubility a- mong aglycone, medicinal material pieces of scutellariae radix and baicalein. Results The content of scutellaria total aglycone in the total extract was more than 70% ,in which the content of baicalein was more than 63% and the content of wogonin was more than 7%. Conclusion The used method is simple and rapid with low cost and is a extraction process with environmental protection and without causing pollution.
