摘    要:目的介绍辅酶Q10制剂新技术研究最新进展。方法检索近年来国内外相关文献并整理、分析。结果与结论通过固体分散体技术、环糊精包合技术、乳化技术、自微乳化技术、脂质体技术等物理改性方式可显著提高其生物利用度,丰富辅酶Q10的使用途径。

Abstract:Objective To introduce the progress on new pharmaceutical technology of coenzyme Q10 in recentely years.Methods To make a conclusion according to related literatures published at home and abroad.Results and Conclusion It can enhance the bioavailability of coenzyme Q10 significantly and extend the approaches of the use by physical modifying method such as solid dispersions,inclusion complex with cyclodextrin,emulsifying,self-microemusifying and liposome.
