811例门诊药物咨询回顾性分析

目的分析门诊药物咨询情况,提高临床药学服务质量。方法对2006年3月至2008年12月811例医院门诊药物咨询资料进行归纳和总结。结果 90.75%的咨询可以立即答复;咨询药物最多的是抗微生物药物(18.50%);咨询内容广泛,主要为询问有无某种药物(26.26%),药物价格及能否使用医保(18.50%),药理作用、适应证(14.43%),用法用量(12.82%),不良反应(10.23%)等。结论药物咨询作为药学服务的新窗口,体现了以患者为中心的服务理念,为药学人员与患者提供了交流平台,可保障患者用药安全、合理、经济、有效。

Retrospective Analysis of 811 Cases of Drug Consultation in Outpatient Department

Objective To analyze the drug consultation status in the outpatient department and to summarize the characteristics of drug consulting services for improving the clinical pharmaceutical service quality.Methods 811 complete cases of clinical drug consulting materials in our hospital from Mar.2006 to Aug.2008 were analyzed and summarized.Results 90.75%questions were replied promptly.Most of consulted drugs were antimicrobials（18.50%）.The consultation questions were extensive,whether having certain drug accounted for 26.26%,followed by the medicine price and medical insurance（18.50%）,the pharmacological actions and indications（14.43%）,the usage and dosage of drugs（12.82%） and the adverse reactions（10.23%）.Conclusion As a new window of clinical pharmaceutical service,drug consultation reflects the ＂patient-centered＂service concept,offers the communication platform for pharmacy staff and patients,and ensures reasonable,safe,economic and effective medication.
