焦作市2005年常规免疫接种率报告分析

目的 客观评价焦作市2005年常规免疫接种率报告情况.  方法 按卫生部<全国常规免疫接种率监测方案>规定方法进行差值(D)和比值(R)评价.  结果   2005年基础免疫报告接种率均在95%以上,报告接种率和估计接种率间存在一定偏差,但D值评价仅乙型肝炎疫苗接种率为可疑,R值评价,全市有3个区级单位出现不可信结果.  结论 应进一步完善和提高常规接种率报告系统和报告质量,提高报表报告专业人员的工作责任心和业务素质;加强城区预防接种门诊规范化接种和管理工作.

Analysis of the report on routine immunization rates in Jiaozuo in 2005

Objective To assess the report on rates of routine immunization in Jiaozuo,Henan Province,China. Methods The data of immunization rates were evaluated with the method described in National Surveillance Project for Routine Immunization Rates. Results The reported rates of primary immunization in 2005 were over 95%. There was a difference between reported and estimated rates,but only HBV immunization rate was suspicious as evaluated with difference (D) value. Incredible results indicated with ratio (R) value were observed in 3 CDCs at district level. Conclusions The results suggest that the report system and quality of routine immunization rates should be improved. Standardized immunization and management in clinics in urban districts should be enhanced.
