我院2007-2009年抗肿瘤药应用情况调查分析

目的调查盐城市第一医院2007-2009年抗肿瘤药使用情况,了解临床抗肿瘤药的用药特点。方法对该院2007-2009年抗肿瘤药的品种数、消耗金额、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果该院抗肿瘤药物品种基本固定;抗肿瘤药年销售金额呈逐年递增趋势;其他抗肿瘤药及抗肿瘤辅助药所占比例较大;天然来源抗肿瘤药在临床上已逐步占据主导地位。结论该院抗肿瘤药的用药现状符合当前国内该类药品消耗的总趋势,使用情况基本合理。

Analysis of application of the antineoplastic drug during 2007 - 2009 in our hospital

Objective To investigate the consumption of the antineoplastic drugs during 2007 -2009 in the hospital, and find out the characteristics of the antineoplastic drugs. Methods The number of brand variety, consumption amount and usage frequency of the antineoplastic drugs during 2007 - 2009 in the hospital were statistically anayzed. Results Brands of antineoplastic antibiotic drug in the hospital were almost stable ; anticancer drugs was increased according to the amount of annual sales trend; other anticancer and anti-tumor had larger proportion of drug-assisted;natural source of anticancer drugs in clinical practice had gradually dominate. Conclusion The consumption of antineoplastic drugs currently in the hospital is coincident with the whole trend in domestic, which remains reasonable.
