宫颈环形电切术后应用纳米银治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效观察

目的观察宫颈环形电切术后应用纳米银治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法110例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各55例。观察组在宫颈环形电切术后应用纳米银,对照组单纯行宫颈环形电切术。观察2组阴道排液时间、治愈时间及术后并发症情况。结果观察组各种并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;阴道排液时间和治愈时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论宫颈环形电切术后应用纳米银治疗慢性宫颈炎,可明显缩短治愈时间,减少术后并发症。

Clinical effect observation of nano-silver treatment of chronic-cervicitis after cervical loop electrosurgical excision

Objective To observe efficacy of nano-silver treatment of chronic cervicitis after the application of cervical loop electrosurgical excision.Methods 110 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,55 cases of each.The observation group was given cervical loop electrosurgical excision in the post-application of nano-silver;The control group simple was given cervical loop electrosurgical excision.Compared two groups of patients with healing time,vaginal discharge and postoperative complications.Results The incidence of various complications in the observation group was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;Vaginal discharge time and healing time were shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically signifficant（P0.01）.Conclusion The cervical loop electrosurgical excision after the application of nano-silver treatment of chronic cervicitis can significantly shorten the healing time and reduce postoperative complications.
