丹参多酚酸盐联合奥扎格雷钠治疗进展型脑梗死疗效观察

目的观察丹参多酚酸盐联合奥扎格雷钠治疗进展型脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组采用内科常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐与奥扎格雷钠注射液静脉滴注。2组疗程均为14d。观察2组神经功能缺损评分（NDS）情况和疗效。结果 2组治疗后NDS均低于治疗前,且治疗组NDS改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组总有效率为90.0%高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论丹参多酚酸盐联合奥扎格雷钠是进展型脑梗死的有效治疗方法之一,值得临床推广。

Clinical effect observation of salvianolate combined with ozagrel sorium in the treatment of advancement-type cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of salvianolate combined with ozagrel sorium in the treatment of advancement-type cerebral infarction.Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases of each.The control group was given traditional medical treatment,while the observation group based on the control group was added salvianolate combined with ozagrel sorium ivgtt.The treatment course of 2 groups was 8 months.The situation of neurological deficit scale scores（NDS） and efficacy of 2 groups were observed.Results After treatment,the NDS of 2 groups was respectively lower than those before treatment,and the improvement situation of NDS of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P 0.01）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0% higher than 72.5% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Salvianolate combined with ozagrel sorium is one of the effective methods of advancement-type cerebral infarction,which is worth clinical popularizing.
