我院2013年1-6月抗肿瘤药物应用情况分析

摘    要:目的调查该院抗肿瘤药物的应用情况。方法该院2013年1—6月抗种瘤药物及辅助药物品种共49种,据17版新编药物学、临床合理用药须知、美康合理用药信息软件,结合临床实际应用情况分析我院抗肿瘤药物使用合理性。结果2013年1—6月,我院抗肿瘤药物品种及金额排名居首位的为植物来源的抗肿瘤药物及衍生物,抗肿瘤药物金额排名居前3位的依次为参附注射液、康艾注射液、鸦胆子油注射液,药品用量排名居前3位的依次为复方苦参注射液、艾迪注射液、康艾注射液。各科室抗肿瘤药物用药以参附注射液、鸦胆子油注射液、艾迪注射液为主。结论临床医师使用抗肿瘤药物应坚持以治疗为目的,提高疗效、降低费用为原则,规范临床治疗方案,实施个体化给药,提高患者生存率和生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of antineoplastic in this hospital. Methods January to June 2013 ,there were 49 kinds of antineoplastic drugs and complementary medicines ,analysed the usage rationality of antineoplastic in our hospital according to version 17 New pharmacology, clinical rational drug information, Meikang rational drug information software ,combined with clinical practical application. Results 2013 January-June,antine0plastic drugs of plant origin and de-rivatives thereof ranked top of antiturnor variety and amount of application in our hospital, Shenfu injection, Kang'ai injection, and javanica oil injection ranked the top three of antineoplastic amount ranking, drug consumption ranked the top three in order were compound Kushen injection injection, Aidi injection, Kang'ai injection. Antineoplastic drugs in various departments were Shenfu injection,javanica oil injectior, and Aidi injection basically. Conclusion Clinicians should adhere to the use of anti-cancer drugs for therapeutic purposes, to improve efficacy and reduce the cost as principle, standardized clinical protocols, im-plementation of individualized dosing and improve patient survival and quality of life.
