格列美脲联合米格列醇治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

目的观察格列美脲联合米格列醇治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2010年8月—2012年7月在我院接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者80例。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。观察两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖（FPG）,餐后2h血糖（2hPBG）,糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）等指标以及不良反应发生率的差异。结果治疗12周后,观察组患者FPG、2hPBG、HbA1c水平均较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗期间两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论采用格列美脲联合米格列醇治疗2型糖尿病疗效确切,血糖控制平稳,安全性好。

Effect of Glimepiride and Miglitol in Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective Observe the clinical effect of glimepiride combined with miglitol in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Choose 80 cases from Aug.2010 to Jul.2012 in our hospital as study object,were randomly divided into control group of 40 cases and observation group of 40 cases,two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hour blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,change,and the incidence rate of adverse reaction between the.Results After 12 weeks treatment,the patients in the observation group were FPG,2hPBG,HbA1c levels were compared with the control group decreased significantly,there is a statistically significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）.Adverse reactions of the two groups of patients during treatment rate comparison,no significant difference（P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion Glimepiride combined with miglitol efficacy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus is exact,blood sugar stable,good safety.
