复方甘草酸苷联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

目的探讨复方甘草酸苷（美能）联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将223例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组110例用美能联合苦参素葡萄糖稀释后静脉滴注，对照组113例用甘草酸二铵（甘利欣）联合谷胱甘肽（阿拓莫兰）稀释后静脉滴注，均每天1次，4周为1疗程，观察有关指标变化情况。结果治疗组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）降低与对照组有明显差异，治疗组血清肝纤维化指标也较对照组下降明显。差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论美能联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有明显改善肝功能、抑制肝细胞纤维化、促进肝细胞生长修复、防止肝硬化发生的作用。

Observation of curative effect of giycyron combined with oxymatrine complex on chronic HB

Objective To explore the curative effect of giycyron combined with oxymatrine complex on chronic HB. Methods 223 patients with chronic HB were divided into two groups：the treatment group （n = 110 cases ） and the control group （n = 113 cases）. 110 cases in treatment group were treated with giycyron injected into 10% glucose injective solution for iv,and 113 cases in control group were treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate and glutathione for iv, once per day for 4 weeks. Then the relative indices were observed. Results The level of ALT and AST in the two group were significantly different, and the indices of hepatic fibrosis in treatment group decreased more obviously than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Giycyron combined with oxymatrine complex has an obvious effect on chronic HB.
