| 摘 要： | 目的研究清开灵注射液与输液配伍的稳定性。方法用显微计数法分别测定清开灵注射液与输液配伍前后药液的不溶性微粒数。结果配伍溶液中不溶性微粒显著多于配伍前（P〈0．05），不溶性微粒的数量与放置时间无相关性（P〉0．05）。结论清开灵注射液与输液配伍后稳定性在规定限度内，仍可能诱发药物不良反应，应引起重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To investgate the stability of Qingkailing injection mixed with infusion. Methods By using microscope counter the amount of insoluble particles in Qingkailing injections and the liquid mixed by Qingkailing injections and transfusion fluids. Results The nsoluble particles in mixture increased obviously （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The amount of insoluble particles have no relativity with time（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The compatible stability of the mixture including Qingkailing injections and transfusion fluids is in the stated limit, however it may bring adverse reaction of drug . It should be regarded. |
