经阴道与经腹腔镜行良性卵巢囊肿剥除术的临床效果比较

目的比较经阴道行卵巢囊肿剥除术和经腹腔镜行良性卵巢囊肿剥除术的临床效果。方法227例良性卵巢囊肿患者随机分为阴道组109例和腔镜组118例,阴道组采用阴式卵巢囊肿剥除术,腔镜组采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术。对2组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、住院费用等进行比较。结果阴道组手术时间、术后肠道排气时间、下床活动时间、术后病率、住院费用情况均优于腔镜组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组术中出血、术后并发症、出院后随访2周内恢复日常家务及工作者比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论选择合适的适应证,经阴道行良性卵巢囊肿剥除术是一种微创、安全、经济的途径。

Comparison of clinical effects of transvaginal ovarian cystectomy and laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy

Objective To compare clinical effects of transvaginal ovarian cystectomy and laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods 227 cases of benign ovarian cysts were randomly divided into vaginal group of 109 cases and laparoscopic group of 118 cases,respectively transvaginal ovarian cystectomy and laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,compared operative time,postoperative morbidity,blood loss,hospitalization time,hospitalization costs.Results The operative time,postoperative intestinal exhaust time,get out of bed time, postoperative morbidity and hospitalization costs of vaginal group were better than laparoscopic group, the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05 ） ; But the blood loss, postoperative complications, follow- up within 2 weeks after discharge from hospital to resume daily activities of the two groups compared to no significant difference （P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion Select the appropriate indications, transvaginal enucleation of benign ovarian cystectomy is a minimally invasive, safe and economical way.
