RP-HPLC法同时测定地锦草片中3种黄酮苷元的含量

目的建立同时测定地锦草片中槲皮素、木犀草素和山柰酚含量的HPLC法。方法采用Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-体积分数为0.1%的磷酸溶液(体积比为52∶48)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为360 nm,柱温30℃。结果槲皮素、木犀草素和山柰酚的线性范围分别为1.50~30.0 mg.L-1(r=0.999 9)、2.24~44.8 mg.L-1(r=0.999 8)和0.220~4.40 mg.L-1(r=0.999 8);平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为100.1%、100.5%和98.8%。结论方法简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于地锦草片的质量控制。

Simultaneous determination of three flavonoid aglycones in Herba Euphorbiae Humiqusae tablets by RP-HPLC

Objective To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of quercetin,luteolin and kaempferol in Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae(traditional Chinese medicines) tablets.Methods The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(V∶V=52∶48) as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detective wavelength was set at 360 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear ranges of quercetin,luteolin and kaempferol were 1.50-30.0 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9),2.24-44.8 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8) and 0.220-4.40 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8),respectively.The average recoveries(n=9) of the three components were 100.1%,100.5% and 98.8%,respectively.Conclusions The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be applied for the quality control of Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae tablets.
