分光光度指示剂法测定槐定碱的电离常数

摘    要:槐定碱对紫外及可见光无吸收 ,选择 42 0nm为分析波长 ,以间硝基酚为指示剂 ,用分光光度指示剂法测定槐定碱的电离常数 ,其 pKa值为 8 97± 0 0 2 ,与用电位滴定法和 pH薄层色谱法测得的结果基本一致 .

Abstract:Sophoridine lacks an absorption spectrum for determination of p K a.Hence 420 nm was selected for the analytical wavelength, m -nitrophenol was chosen as an indicator.The ionization constant of sophoridine was determined by the spectrophotometric indicator method.It was p K \+T\-a=8 97±0 02 at (25±0 5)℃,and the result was basically compatible with those values in literature.
