| 摘 要： | 比较片剂和丸剂中黄芩苷的溶出速率,考察成型工艺对药物溶出的影响。采用同一处方和原料自制丸剂与片剂,采用吸收系数法测定黄芩苷含量,桨法进行溶出实验。结果表明丸剂中黄芩苷在30min时溶出达80%,80min时几乎全部溶出。片剂中黄芩苷在30min时溶出30%,80min溶出50%。丸剂中的黄芩苷较片剂溶出速度快。

| Abstract: | The effect of confection process on medicine dissolution was examined by comparing the dissolution rate of Baicalin in tablet and pill.Produce both tablet and pill with same materials,and baicalin was dissolved with paddle method,and the dissolution rate of Baicalin was measured with absorption coefficient method.80% Baicalin in pill was dissolved in 30min,and 100% was dissolved in 80min.30% Baicalin in tablet was dissolved in 30min,and 50% was dissolved in 80min.The baicalin in pill dissolves faster than in tablet. |
