党参药材不同提取方法的比较研究

摘    要:目的通过不同提取方法的比较,确定党参的提取方法.方法比较冷浸法、甲醇热回流法、索氏回流法和超声提取法,采用高效液相色谱法测定党参炔苷含量.结果建立高效液相色谱法测定条件,测得同一党参样品用上述四种方法所得党参炔苷的含量,分别为冷浸法0.507mg.g-1,甲醇热回流法1.013mg.g-1,索氏回流法0.929mg.g-1,超声提取法0.733mg.g-1.结论确定党参的最佳提取工艺为甲醇热回流法,优选得到的工艺简便易行,稳定性好.

Abstract:Objective To establish the extraction method of Radix Codonopsis by comparing the different extraction processes. Methods The merceration, methanol reflux, Soxhlet extractor reflux and ultrasonic extraction were compared, and the concentration of Lobetyolin was determined by HPLC. Results The concentrations of lobetyolin by four extraction methods were 0. 507,1. 013,0.929 and 0. 733 mg·g^-1,respectively. Conclusion Methanol reflux was the optimal extraction process of Radix Codonopsis,which was simple and stable.
