MMP-7、MMP-9、VEGF-C、VEGF-D在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶7（MMP-7）、基质金属蛋白酶9（MMP-9）、血管内皮生长因子-C（VEGF-C）、血管内皮生长因子-D（VEGF-D）在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色检测133例胃癌MMP-7、MMP-9、VEGF-C、VEGF-D的表达情况。结果 MMP-7、MMP-9表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、分化程度密切相关（P〈0.05）,与肿瘤大小及患者性别无关（P〉0.05）。VEGF-C和VEGF-D的表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期显著相关（P〈0.05）,而与肿瘤大小及患者性别无相关性（P〉0.05）。结论 MMP7、MMP9、VEGF-C、VEGF-D的表达与胃癌的生物学行为密切相关,可作为判断胃癌进展和预后的有用指标。

Expression and significance of MMP-7, MMP-9, VEGF-C, and VEGF-D in gastric carcinomas

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of MMP-7,MMP-9,VEGF-C,and VEGF-D in gastric carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was employed to detect the expression of MMP-7,MMP-9,VEGF-C,and VEGF-D in 133 cases of gastric carcinoma.Results Expression of MMP-7 and MMP-9 were correlated with tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis,TNM staging and tumor differentiation（P〈0.05）,and were not associated with tumor size and patient gender（P〉0.05）.Expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D was related to tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）,while the significant correlation between VEGF expression and tumor size and patient gender was not observed（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Expression of MMP-7,MMP-9,VEGF-C,and VEGFD was tightly associated with biological behavior of gastric carcinoma,which may be an available index for predicting tumor progression and prognosis.
