冠心病住院患者冠状动脉介入诊疗依从性的初步研究

目的探讨影响冠心病患者对冠状动脉介入诊疗的依从性的主要因素。方法回顾性分析2008年10月至2009年7月间我科住院的临床诊断为冠心病的505名患者,观察资费来源、冠心病亚型及年龄阶段三个不同因素对住院期间冠状动脉介入诊疗依从性的影响。结果随着年龄的增长,对冠状动脉介入的依从性逐步减低;军队医保组与自费组较社会医保组依从性较高;疾病类型对介入依从性影响则相对较小。结论在当前医疗保障体制下,心脏冠状动脉介入诊疗的依从性明显受到包括医疗资源保障程度、年龄阶段等多种因素的影响。

The preliminary study about compliance of coronary angiography and PCI in the patients with coronary disease in hospital

Objective To probe the major factors influencing in the inpatients with coronary disease, with the condition that the rate of coronary angiography and PCI in all inpatients with coronary disease desite is lower despite of the populaitong growth. Methods Retrospective studied the compliance of Coronary angiogra- phy and PCI in the patients diagnosed as coronary disease in hospital from 2008-10 to 2009-07, and all the pa- tients were respectively divided into groups by the factors as source of medical cost, age of patients and subtype of coronary disease. Results The compliance of coronary angiography and PCI declined with age increasing, was higher in the patients of military medical insurance or at their own expense, and was less different among all the subtypes of coronary disease. Conclusion In current health care system, the compliance of coronary angiog- raphy and PCI in the patients with coronary disease in hospital is obviously influenced by some factors such as age of patients and source of medical cost.
