| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针灸治疗对脑梗死大鼠患侧海马CA1区Bax蛋白表达量及学习记忆能力的影响.方法:将成功制成右侧大脑中动脉缺血梗死模型的48只大鼠随机分为脑梗死自由活动组(对照组)和脑梗死针灸组(针灸组)2组,每组各24只.用免疫组化方法检测其Bax蛋白表达量及凋亡指数,用Y-迷宫测试其学习记忆能力.结果:第1周、第2周、第3... |
