嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌分布及耐药分析

摘    要:目的 分析首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院2008年1月至2009年12月临床分离的85株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对抗生素的耐药情况。方法 采用梅里埃公司VITEK-JR系统对85株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌进行鉴定和药敏试验,并用SPSS 13.0软件对其耐药性情况进行统计学分析。结果 嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌85株中,以呼吸道标本为主,占87.1%,分离菌株对抗生素耐药率较低的为复方新诺明(4.7%),之后依次为环丙沙星(18.8%)、左氧氟沙星(22.4%)、哌拉西林/舒巴坦(23.5%)。结论 嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌是医院感染的重要病原菌,了解其临床分布并进行药敏试验,能为合理选用抗生素提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the distribution and antibiotic resistance of 85 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia isolated in Beijing anzhen hospital from January 2008 to December 2009. Methods The pathogens were identified by VITEK-JR and analyzed by SPSS 13.0. Results Eighty five strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia were isolated during the two years, mainly from respiratory tract (87.1% ). Stenotrophomonas maltophilia showed low resistance to SMZ-TMP(4.7% ) , ciprofloxacin (18.8%) ,levofloxacin (22.4%), piperacillin/sulbactam (23.5%). Conclusions Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is the main pathogen of nosocomial infection. The knowledge of the clinical distribution and resistant pattern of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is important for appropriate therapy.
