艾迪注射液联合全身化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

目的观察艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效、毒性及对免疫功能的影响。方法将90例晚期NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别接受NP方案(长春瑞滨,顺铂)加艾迪注射液(人参,黄芪,斑蝥,刺五加,贵州益佰制药有限公司生产)或单纯NP方案化疗。结果治疗组部分缓解率40.0%,对照组33.3%(P>0.05),中位缓解期分别为5.3个月和4.8个月。化疗后治疗组T淋巴细胞及T辅助细胞(T4)水平明显高于对照组。治疗组毒性反应与对照组基本相同。结论全身化疗同时应用艾迪注射液治疗晚期NSCLC其疗效有所提高,毒性未见增加,艾迪注射液对晚期NSCLC患者免疫功能有一定调节作用。

Observation of the efficacy of Aidi Injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To observe the efficacy,toxicity and immunological effect of chemotherapy incombination with Aidi Injection for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods 90 cases with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group who received NP regimen(navelbine,cisptatin) plus Aidi Injection(Radix Ginseng,Radix Astragali,Mylabris,Radix et Caulis Acanthopanacis Senticosi) or NP regimen alone respectively.Results The partial response rate was 40.0% in treatment group and 33.3% in control group(P>0.05).The median response duration was 5.3 months and 4.8 months in the two groups respectively.The postchemotherapeutic level of T-helperlymphocyte(T_4) was apparently higher than that of the control group.The toxiticy in the treatment group was essentially the same as that of the control group.Conclusion Chemotherapy with Aidi Injection can improve the therapeutic effect of advanced NSCLC without increase of toxicity and can regulate the immunological function in patients with advanced NSCLC.
