六味地黄丸对成人口腔正畸的辅助作用

目的 了解六味地黄丸对成人口腔正畸的辅助作用.方法 选取2005年9月至2011年2月广东省中医院珠海医院正畸治疗的60例患者,完全随机分为试验组（30例）和对照组（30例）.2组均使用标准方丝弓技术进行矫治,试验组同时服用六味地黄丸治疗,每次8丸,每日3次,8d为1个疗程.正畸结束后评价2组疗效情况.结果 试验组牙周袋深度、附着丧失、牙龈退缩等牙龈情况与正畸移动速度与对照组比较（1.1±0.6）mm比（1.6±0.7）mm,（0.3±0.2）mm比（0.7±0.3）mm,（0.7±0.3）mm比（1.0±0.5）mm,（2.1±0.6）mm/月比（1.6±0.5）mm/月],差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 六味地黄丸可减少牙周袋深度,减少附着丧失,牙龈退缩,加快正畸移动速度,对成人患者口腔正畸具有良好的辅助治疗效果.

Effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill on adult orthodontics

Objective To observe the effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill on adult orthodontics.Methods Sixty patients with orthodontics in Guangdong hospital of traditional chinese medicine from January 2005 to December 2011 were selected and divided into observed group and control group,each group had 30 ceases.Two groups received normal edgewise technologyand the observed group was given Liuwei Dihuang pill.The therapeutic effects were compared after treatments.Results There were significant differences on periodontal status including depth of periodontal pocket,attachment loss,gingival recession and speed of redressing abnormality between observed group and control group （1.1 ± 0.6） mm vs （1.6 ± 0.7） mm,（0.3 ± 0.2） mm vs （0.7 ± 0.3） mm,（0.7 ± 0.3） mm vs （1.0 ± 0.5） mm,（2.1 ± 0.6） mm/month vs （1.6 ± 0.5） mm/month].There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang pill can reduce depth of periodontal pocket,attachment loss,gingival recession,and accelerate speed of redressing abnormality,which has a good effect of adjuvant therapy of orthodontic patients.
