| 摘 要： | 在研究肉桂酰胺类化合物抗惊活性构效关系的基础上,设计合成了10个3-烷基-6-芳基-4(3H)-嘧啶酮。小鼠MES抗惊试验结果表明,多数目标化合物有一定抗惊活性,但比预料的弱。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the anticonvulsive effect of cinnamamides, tencompounds of 3-alkyl-6-aryl-4(3H)-pyrimidinones(1-10) have been designed andsynthesized. These compounds and their 2-thiol intermediates 11~14 were testedin MES on mice. Most compounds were found to show some anticonvulsant ac-tivity, but not as strong as expected. |
