摘    要:建立了高效毛细管电泳法测定利培酮原药及口崩片的含量和有关物质.采用未涂层石英毛细管柱,以0.03 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 5.0)为电泳介质,分离电压20 kV,高度差进样10 s,检测波长280nm.利培酮在0.08~1.0 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好.平均回收率为99.38%,RSD为1.51%.

Determination of Risperidone and Its Orally Disintegrating Tablets by High Performance Capillary Zone Electrophoresis
Abstract:An high performance capillary electrophoresis method was established for the determination of risperidone and the related substances in bulk drug and its orally disintegrating tablets. An untreated fused-silica capillary was used with 0.03 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH 5.0) as running buffer at the detection wavelength of 280 nm, separation voltage of 20 kV and the injection volume of sample for 10 s. The calibration curve for risperidone was linear in the concentration range of 0.08 - 1.0 mg/ml. The average recovery was 99.38 % with RSD of 1.51 %.
