高血压护理中健康教育的应用体会

目的对高血压护理中健康教育的应用体会进行研究分析。方法从我院高血压患者中选取72例进行研究分析,并按照患者护理方法将其分为治疗组(采用健康教育措施进行护理)和对照组(采用常规临床护理措施进行护理),均为36例,对比两组患者护理前后血压变化状况和指标变化状况。结果对比两组患者护理前舒张压和收缩压,P>0.05;护理后,两组患者舒张压和收缩压均显著优于护理前的,且治疗组患者舒张压和收缩压均显著优于对照组患者的,P<0.05;对比两组患者护理后各项指标变化状况,P<0.05。结论健康教育在高血压患者中具有良好作用。

High Blood Pressure in the Nursing Health Education Application Experience

Objective For high blood pressure in the nursing health education through analyzing the application experienc. Methods Choose 72 cases from our hospital patients with high blood pressure research analysis, and according to the method of patient care will be divided into the treatment group（which nursing health education intervention）and control group（routine clinical nursing measures is adopted to improve the nursing）, all are 36 cases, compared two groups of blood pressure changes before and after patient care and index change conditions. Results Compared two groups of patients before treatment diastolic and systolic blood pressure, P〉0.05; After nursing, diastolic and systolic blood pressure in both groups were significantly better than that of before treatment, and diastolic and systolic blood pressure in patients with treatment group were significantly better than the control group of patients,P〈0.05; Comparing the indicators change after the two groups of patient care, P〈0.05. Conclusion Health education in patients with high blood pressure has a good effect.
