| 摘 要： | 目的探讨危重症手足口病合患儿相关危险症状,制订有效的护理措施,达到早发现、早干预,赢得抢救患者的最佳时机。方法选取2010年5月至2011年3月在深圳市第三人民医院感染科住院的手足口病患儿162例,其中危重症患儿82例为实验组,普通患儿80例为对照组。对相关的危险症状,用SPSS13.0对数据进行单因素分析,对两组患儿的情况进行比较。结果手足口病危重症和普通症患儿中,性别分布差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.32,,=0.012);年龄分布差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.65,P=0.438);首次就诊距离发病3d以上者有统计学意义(χ2=12.64,P=0.002);其他有统计学差异的症状有:头痛呕吐、脑膜刺激征、惊跳、四肢抖动、肌无力、肌张力增高、发热、血压高。结论尽早发现手足口病危重症患儿,以便及早采取治疗的护理措施是:前瞻性和针对性观察危险症状,加强监测生命体征、高热的护理、神经系统并发症的护理和健康教育。
