药品不良反应100例分析

目的分析药品不良反应(ADR)的特点和发生情况,为临床合理用药提供科学的依据。方法收集商丘市第一人民医院2009年7月至2010年10月发生药品不良反应的100例患者的临床资料,对ADR的临床表现、药品种类、用药途径等进行回顾性分析。结果 100例ADR报告中,中老年人发生率最高,占60%;引起ADR的主要用药途径为静脉给药,占74%;ADR最常见的临床表现为皮肤及其附件损害,主要症状为全身各部位的皮疹、荨麻疹等。结论开展药品不良反应的监测是加强药品管理、提高药品使用质量和确保人们安全合理用药的重要措施。

Analysis of 100 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions

Objective To analyze adverse drug reactions（ADR） the characteristics and incidence,clinical provide scientific basis for rational use of drugs.Methods First People＇s Hospital of Shangqiu from July 2009 to October 2010 occurred 100 cases of adverse drug reactions in patients with clinical data,clinical manifestations of ADR,drug type,route of administration were retrospectively analyzed.Results l00 cases of ADR reports,the highest rate in the elderly,accounting for 60%;caused by ADR is the major route of intravenous administration,accounting for 74%;ADR most common clinical manifestations of damage to skin and its appendages,the main symptoms whole body rash,urticaria.Conclusion To carry out the monitoring of adverse drug reactions is to strengthen drug management,improve the quality of drug use and to ensure rational use of drugs people are an important safety measure.
