| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同进展阶段鼻咽癌患者的树突状细胞体外诱导效果。为临床免疫治疗提供的成熟树突状细胞。方法本研究选取临床不同分期鼻咽癌患者的外周血分离单核淋巴细胞,体外诱导培养。通过光学显微镜和流式细胞仪检测树突状细胞的体外诱导效果。结果体外诱导获得的树突状细胞具有典型的形态,其细胞表面表达CD83、CD86和CD-DR树突状细胞的标识分子。结论不同进展阶段鼻咽癌患者外周血均可以体外诱导出树突状细胞。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the effects of dendritic cells （DCs） induced in vitro in different stages of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and offer the mature dendritic cells for clinical immuno-therapy. Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear lymphocytes were isolated from different stages of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and induced into DCs in vitro. The morphology and molecular characteristics of DCs were detected by microscope and flow cytometry respectively. Results DCs with typical morphology were displayed after induction in vitro. Molecular of CD83 CD86 and CD-DR was detected on the surface of DCs. Conclusion DCs could be induced in vitro from different stages of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. |
