流动儿童预防接种管理对控制某街道传染病的应用价值

目的探讨流动儿童的预防接种管理对控制龙岗街道传染病的应用和价值。方法对龙岗街道1224名0～6岁流动儿童的预防接种情况进行调查,对比流动儿童预防接种管理实施前、后流行性传染病的发病情况。结果实施流动儿童预防接种管理以前,龙岗街道的流行传染病发病率为6.5%,流动儿童免疫接种证的建证率为75%,免疫疫苗(六苗全程接种)的接种率为87.73%;实施管理以后的发病率为1.9%,建证率为95.3%,免疫疫苗(六苗全程接种)的接种率为94.64%,流行传染病的发病率明显降低。结论建证率以及免疫疫苗的接种率有了明显的提高,实行流动儿童预防接种管理工作对控制龙岗街道传染病的流行有着重要的作用。

Migrant Children to Vaccination Management Application to Control A Street Infectious Diseases

Objective To investigated the application to control Longgang Street infectious diseases and value with prevention of migrant children vaccinated management. Methods To survey the vaccination of 1224 migrant children in 0-6 years in Longgang Street, compared with the incidence of infectious disease of migrant children to the incidence after the vaccination management. Results The incidence of infectious diseases was 6.5% ,the rate of permittee was 75%,the rate of Vaccination（Six kinds of vaccines） was 87.73% in Longgang Street before migrant children vaccinated management. The incidence of infectious diseases was 6.5% ,the rate of permittee was 75%,the rate of Vaccination（Six kinds of vaccines） was 87.73% in Longgang Street after migrant children vaccinated management. Conclusion The rate ofpermittee was increased. The implementation of migrant children to vaccination management plays an important role in the control of infectious diseases of Longgang Street.
