氟比洛酚酯超前镇痛用于周围型肺癌微波消融术后镇痛的疗效分析

目的观察氟比洛酚酯超前镇痛对周围型肺癌微波消融术后的镇痛效果。方法选择周围型肺癌微波消融术患者72例,随机均分为氟比洛酚酯超前镇痛组(A组)、氟比洛酚酯术后镇痛组(B组)。A组于微波消融术前静注氟比洛酚酯50mg;B组于手术结束时静注氟比洛酚酯50mg。用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评定术后0、1、4、8和12h的疼痛程度及术后24h总体镇痛评价。记录患者追加镇痛药和出现不良反应的情况。结果术后VAS各时点B组均高于A组;术后24 h总体VAS B组高于A(P<0.05),两组均未见明显不良反应。结论氟比洛酚酯超前镇痛应用于周围型肺癌微波消融术后镇痛,效果确切、使用方便、不良反应小。

The Preemptive Analgesic Effect of Flurbiprofen Axetil Injection in Patients with Peripheral Lung Cancer Undergoing Microwave Ablation

Objective To study the preemptive analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil injection in the patients with peripheral lung cancer undergoing microwave ablation.Methods 72 patients undergoing microwave ablation were randomized to A and B group.The patients in group A were injected intravenously flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg.The patients in group B were given intravenous flurbiprofen axetil injection 50 mg at the end of microwave ablation.The analgesic effect was evaluated by VAS score at 0,1,4,8 and 12h after microwave ablation,and the postoperative 24h total analgesic effect,the amount of analgesic drug used postoperatively and the side effect s were recorded.Results VAS scores of group B were significantly higher than those of group A at all time points（P0.05）.The value of total 24 h analgesic effect after surgery was significantly lower in group A than that in group B（P0.05）.The side effects of two groups were similar.Conclusion Preemptive analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil for postoperative analgesia is effective,convenient and safe with less side effect in the patients undergoing microwave ablation.
