| 摘 要： | 综述了蛋白磷酸化与去磷酸化在肿瘤转移过程中的作用，包括细胞骨架的重排、粘附能力的改变以及运动能力的提高等。专门对蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶进行了讨论，介绍了数种蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶及其与肿瘤转移的相关性。这些酶及其作用的阐明可为抗肿瘤转移药物的研究提供新的作用靶点。

| Abstract: | Metastasis is the leading cause responsible for the death of cancer patients and involves a complex, multistep process. It is important to elucidate the pathogenesis of metastasis for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. In this review, the significant contributions of protein tyrosine phosphorylation controlled by PTKs and PTPs to tumor metastasis, especially a potential link between PTPs and tumor metastasis, were summarized, including cytoskeleton rearrangements, changes in cell adhesion, migration, etc. The elucidation for the role of these PTPs may provide useful clues for novel drug design to target tumor metastasis. |
