摘    要:综述定量核磁共振技术的基本原理以及在新药研发中的应用进展。定量核磁共振作为一种定量分析方法,专属性强、准确快捷,可与其他定量方法相互补充,用于新药研发的诸多环节,如药品质量控制、候选药物纯度测定及药物代谢研究等,在药学领域有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:The principle of quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance (QNMR) technique and the advances in its applications within new drug R&D were reviewed.As a well-developed quantitative analysis method,QNMR is of high specificity and accuracy.It can be used to complement with other quantitative methods in new drug R&D,such as quality control of pharmaceuticals,purity determination of drug candidates,as well as the analysis of drug metabolites.It has a promising future in pharmaceutical field.
