| 摘 要： | 介绍了近年来国内外性激素类药物经皮给药制剂的研究进展,包括化学促渗技术以及新剂型技术在此方面的应用情况,旨在为性激素类药物经皮给药制剂的深度开发提供参考。经皮给药制剂可避免肝脏首过效应,显著延长药物作用时间,为需长期用药尤其是性激素类药物的使用者提供了一个新的治疗选择。

| Abstract: | The recent developments in research on transdermal drug delivery systems(TDDSs) of sexual hormones were introduced,including the applications of chemical enhancing permeation techniques and new drug formulation techniques,so as to provide a reference for the further development of TDDSs of sexual hormones.TDDSs can avoid the liver first-pass effect of the drug and significantly prolong the time of the drug action.These new formulations provide a new option for the patients,who need to receive chronic therap... |
