胃癌组织中Livin蛋白的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系

目的探讨胃癌组织中Livin蛋白的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例胃癌手术切除标本中Livin蛋白的表达,并探讨其与患者组织学类型、TNM分期和淋巴结转移等临床病理特征和预后的关系。并取30例正常胃黏膜标本作对照。结果胃癌组织中Livin蛋白的阳性率(53.3%)明显高于正常胃黏膜(13.3%)(χ2=18.53,P<0.01)。胃癌高、中、低分化Livin蛋白的阳性率依次为20.8%(5/24)、57.9%(11/19)和94.1%(16/17),低分化、中分化胃癌Livin蛋白的阳性率较高分化明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。胃癌PTNM分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的Livin蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于于I、II期胃癌(P<0.01),淋巴结转移组Livin蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01)。Livin蛋白阳性表达组的3年生存率(41.7%)明显低于Livin蛋白阴性表达组(75.0%)(χ2=4.94,P<0.05)。结论 Livin参与胃癌的发生发展过程,Livin基因与胃癌临床病理特征和预后具有明显相关性。

The expression of protein Livin in gastric carcinoma and its relation with clinicopathological character and prognosis

Objective To explore the expression of protein Livin in gastric carcinoma and its relation with clinicopathological character and prognosis. Method The expression of protein Livin of 60 specimens of gastric carcinoma collected by surgical ablation were detected by immunohistochemisty, and the relation between Livin and histology type, TNM staging, lymphaden metastasis were investigated. Thirty cases of normal gastric mucosa were set as control. Results The positive rate of Livin in gastric carcinoma （53.3%） was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa （13.3%）（χ^2=18.53 ,P〈0.01）. The positive rate of Livin in well, medium and poor differentiation gastric carcinoma were 20.8%（5/24）, 57.9%（11/19） and 94.1%（16/17）, respectively. The positive rate of Livin in medium and poor differentiation gastric carcinoma were both significantly higher than that in well differentiation tissue（P〈0.05）. The positive rate of Livin in PTNM stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ （P〈0.01）. The positive rate of Livin in gastric carcinoma with lymphaden metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymphaden metastasis （P〈0.01）. The 3-year survival rate of patients with Livin positive expression（41.7%） was significantly lower than patients with Livin negative expression （75.0%） （χ^2=4.94,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Livin participates the progress of gastric carcinoma, and is obviously related with clinicopathological character and prognosis.
