| 摘 要： | 目的研究山西省某医学院校在校研究生的心理健康与就业压力状况,以便为高校管理部门有针对性地开展心理健康教育和就业指导工作提供理论依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和就业压力调查表对山西省某医学院校693名在校研究生进行问卷调查和分析。结果山西省某医学院校在校研究生的SCL-90各因子中除偏执外,其他因子评分均高于全国青年组常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性在校研究生就业压力大于男性(P<0.05),预防专业在校研究生就业压力大于其他专业(P<0.05),非独生子女就业压力大于独生子女(P<0.05)。结论在校研究生心理健康状况较差,就业压力较大,相关部门应该采取有效措施减轻在校研究生的就业压力,促进其身心健康。
