| 摘 要： | 目的研究三七总皂苷软胶囊对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂的调节作用,为开发三七总皂苷辅助降血脂的保健食品奠定基础。方法用高脂饲料造成大鼠高脂血症模型,以116.5、233.0、466.0 mg.kg-1剂量的三七总皂苷软胶囊给予高脂模型大鼠,连续30 d,采血,测定血清中血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量。结果三七总皂苷软胶囊能明显降低高脂血症模型大鼠的TC、TG的含量,提高模型大鼠血清中HDL-C的含量。结论三七总皂苷软胶囊具有明显的辅助降血脂作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Panax notoginseng total saponins of soft capsule(STSSC)on lowering the blood fat level in rat models,and thus to lay the foundation to develop the related health food products.METHODS The hyperlipidemia rat model was established by feeding high-fat diet.STSSC(116.5,233.0,466.0 mg·kg-1) were given to those rats for 30 consecutive days,followed by determining the content of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in blood serum.RESULTS STSSC could decrease the TC and TG content,and improve the serum HDL-C content in model rats.CONCLUTION STSSC has the obvious auxiliary effect on lowering blood fat. |
