| 摘 要： | 本文研究了８种（包括第一、二、三代）头孢菌素类药物对斑氏试验法及葡萄糖氧化酶试纸法测定尿糖的影响。结果表明，头孢菌素类药物能干扰斑氏法测定结果，干扰作用与被测液中药物浓度和葡萄糖浓度有关。该类药物对葡萄糖氧化酶试纸法测定尿糖无影响。

| Abstract: | The effect of cephalosporins(cefradine, cefazolin,cefotaxime, ceftizoxime,cefuroxime,ceftazidime,cefoperazone,ceftriaxone)on the accuracy of Benedict's and the glueose oxidase paper test determinations of glycosuria was studied.Falsely elevated Benedict's readings were obtained with the cephalosporins.These readings were influenced by the concentration of the cephalosporins and glucose.These drugs didn't interfere with glucose oxidase paper test reading.Because the Benedict-cephalosporins interaction is unpredictable,Benedict result should be rechecked using glucose oxidase paper test for glycosuria in patients receiving cephalosporins. |
