摘    要:目的:建立呋喃西林炉甘石洗剂中呋喃西林和苯酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用系数倍率法,在波长(λ)260nm和269nm不经分离直接测定呋喃西林炉甘石洗剂中两组分的含量。结果:呋喃西林在浓度(C呋)4.10~28.57μg/mL范围内与吸光度(A呋)的线性关系良好(r呋=0.9997),平均回收率为100.46%,RSD2.25%(n=5);苯酚在浓度(C苯)4.04~28.03μg/mL范围内与吸光度(A苯)的线性关系良好(r苯=0.9999);平均回收率为100.93%,RSD1.92%(n=5)。结论:测定方法简便、快速、准确,适用于该制剂的快速检验。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of furacilin and phenol in furacilin and calamine lotion. Methods: The concentrations of the two components in furacilin and calamine lotion were directly determined at wavelength 260nm and 269nm by K-ratio speetrophotometry without separation. Results: Furacilin presented a good linear relationship within a range of4.10-28.57 μg/mL(r = 0.999 7).The average recovery was 100.46%, with RSD of 2.25%(n = 5); Phenol presented a good linear relationship within a range of 4.04-28.03 μg/mL(r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.93%, with RSD of 1.92%(n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for rapid assay of the preparation.
