康复新液加减治疗128例痤疮疗效分析

目的评估康复新液治疗痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用8周康复新液加减对照2％氯霉素酊加减治疗寻常型、脓疱型痤疮，根据自觉症状、皮损及痘印消褪程度测评康复新液疗效。结果康复新液组128例在治疗8周，随访12周，疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论康复新液组冷湿敷治疗面部痤疮疗效显著，无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy analysis of Kangfuxin solution addition and reduction in the treatment of 128 cases of acne

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of acne. Methods The 8-week Kangfuxin solution addition and reduction therapy was used to treat the normal and pustular acne, and compared to the 2% chloramphenicol tincture addition and reduction therapy.The efficacy of Kangfuxin solution was evaluated according to the degrees of subjective symptoms,skin lesions and ache fading. Results The Kangfuxin solution group was treated for 8 weeks and followed up for 12 weeks. The Kangfuxin solution group had better efficacy than the control group,with statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Kangfuxin solution cold and wet mask shows significant efficacy and causes no adverse reactions in the treatment of facial acne,thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
