经口食管腔内置管术34例临床应用

目的：介绍经口非手术食管腔内置管术的临床应用。方法 应用国产带膜不锈钢支架，通过胃镜定位，在Ｘ线电视导引下经口置入食管支架，结果；本组３４例，３２例经口腔放置成功，２例因支架管位置不佳重新放置，食管狭窄由术前的０－２级转为术后的３－４级，结论：胃镜定位Ｘ线电视导向经口食管腔内置管术，是治疗食管狭窄，食管气管瘘和吻合口瘘的一种简单，安全和有效的方法。

Clinical application of 34 cases with the operation of placing oesophagus bracket through mouth

Objectivc: Intreducing clinical application of the operation of placing ocsophagusbrackct through mouth by X-ray guiding combined with gastrofiberscope orientationing. Methods: By way of gastrofiberscope orientationing, the oesophagus brachct was placed through mouth under X-ray TV guiding. Rcsults: There were 34 cases treated by this method, 32 cases succeeded and 2 cases defeated. 2 out of 32 were replaced for not good position of the oesphagus brachet. The stage of unphagus stricture was 0~ 2 befor operation, and 3 ~ 4 after that. Chnclusion: It is a simple, saftey and effectivc way of treating oesohagus stricture, oesophagus trachea fistula and anastomose gap fisula, that the operation of plaeing oesophagus bracket through mouth by X-ray ghding com-bined with gastrofiberscope orientationing.
