Livin在子宫颈鳞状细胞癌癌变中的表达及其意义

目的探讨凋亡抑制基因Livin在宫颈鳞状细胞癌癌变中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法（EliVision TM plus两步法）检测22例正常宫颈鳞状上皮、75例宫颈上皮内瘤变和42例宫颈鳞状细胞癌中Livin的表达情况，分析其在子宫颈鳞状上皮癌变及其进展中的可能意义。结果Livin基因在正常宫颈上皮、CIN和宫颈鳞状细胞癌组的阳性表达率分别为0、50．67％和71．43％。随宫颈癌分化程度降低，Livin表达率呈增高趋势，有淋巴结转移者其阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移者（P〈0．05）。结论Livin在宫颈鳞状细胞癌癌变过程中可能发挥一定作用。

The expression and significance of Livin in the cacinogenesis of invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of Livin in the tissues of CSCC and its significance. Methods The expression of Livin was observed in 22 cases of normal cervical squamous epithelium,75 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 42 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma by Elivision TM plus two-step method. The canceration of cervical squamous cell cancer and its possible significance in progress were analyzed. The experimental data were analyzed with Chi-square test with statistical software of SPSS 15.0. Results Livin protein was localized in the cytoplasm. Immunohistochemical staining results showed the positive expression rate of Livin was 0% ,50.67% and 71.43% respectively in normal cervical epithelium,CIN and cervical squamous cell carcinoma. With the decrease of the degree of differentiation of cervical cancer, the expression of Livin was increased, and the positive expression rate in those with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in those without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion There is a rising trend of the expression of Livin from normal cervical epithelium, different levels of CIN to cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and the expression of Livin also increases with the increase of levels of CIN, which suggests that Livin may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
