白芍的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的对白芍化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法采用各种色谱层析技术进行分离.通过理化性质及波谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果从白芍中分离鉴定6个单萜苷类化合物,分别是苯甲酰芍药苷亚硫酸酯(Ⅰ)、芍药苷亚硫酸酯(Ⅱ)、芍药苷(Ⅲ)、白芍苷(Ⅳ)、4'-羟基白芍苷(Ⅴ)、paeonivayin(Ⅵ)。结论化合物(Ⅰ)为一新化合物。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents of Paeonia lactiflora. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques and identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Six monoterpene glycoside compounds were isolated and identified as ben- zoylpaeoniflorin sulfonate( Ⅰ ), paeoniflorin sulfonate ( Ⅱ ), paeoniflorin( Ⅲ ), albiflorin ( Ⅳ ), 4'-hydroxyl-albiflorin ( Ⅴ ), paeonivayin( Ⅵ ). CONCLUSION Conpounds( Ⅰ ) is a new compound.
